2. Which pixel pitch should you choose?

The choice of pixel pitch depends on the distance from which viewers will look at the screen. The simplest formula for calculating this parameter is: pixel pitch = distance from the viewer to the screen in meters. That is, if the audience will be at a distance of 5 meters from the screen, then the pixel pitch should be no more than 5 mm. 3. Will the screen "freeze" in winter outside in frosty weather?

We install our screens in regions with very different climates, including the Arctic. All equipment is adapted to the harsh climate of our country. The screens work successfully at temperatures down to -50 ° C. To start the display after a long period of inactivity in the cold, you will need to warm it up. And in the process of work, the screen independently maintains an adequate temperature for operation, since any equipment during operation, at least a little, but heats up. For particularly harsh operating conditions, we install an additional heating system in the screens.
4. Will I be able to operate the LED screen myself without special training?

You will be able to control the screen yourself, although you still need to go through a little training to do this. 5. Will the media facade block the light from the windows?

Media facades have varying degrees of light transmission. When buying, you should focus on the requirements that are established by the regulatory authorities (city administration, town planning committee). 6. Which is better: a media facade or a facade LED screen?

Both of these technical solutions have their advantages. The choice of specific equipment depends on many factors. Typically media façade is chosen if you want to create a large information field. Since the pixel pitch of the media facade is larger than that of screens, the image will look impressive if its area is large. Also, the media facade is suitable for buildings with windows, since it has a high light transmission. A classic LED screen will be the optimal solution if you need a display up to several tens of meters.
7. How long does it take to produce a screen?

The production time depends largely on the complexity of the design, the availability of all the necessary components and the need to develop special software. On average, it takes 2 weeks to produce a standard LED screen. However, our company often had to fulfill orders, the implementation period of which was 2 weeks, together with the design, delivery and installation of equipment.
8. How long will the screen last?

The lifespan of an LED screen depends on the operating conditions, the quality of assembly and the components used, as well as on the working life of the LEDs. In our products, we use diodes designed for 100,000 hours of operation. Subject to simple rules of operation, our screens work for 10-11 years or more.
9. What is the difference between outdoor and indoor screens?

The main difference is the high degree of protection of street models. They are designed to work in the open air, they are not afraid of rain, snow, temperature changes. Because of this, the blocks of the street screen are more massive and heavy. Another difference is brightness. For interior models, it is lower so as not to dazzle the audience. On the contrary, an outdoor screen should be bright so that the image is clearly visible even in direct sunlight.
10. How much electricity does an LED screen consume?

Power consumption depends on screen characteristics, screen size and brightness. For example, a 960x960mm outdoor LED cabinet consumes about 800 watts. The interior model will consume about 2 times less electricity.
11. What is better than an interior LED screen or a plasma panel?

The choice between these technical solutions comes down to the features of further operation. The ice screen is brighter than plasma. It is designed for long-term, intensive work 24/7. In addition, plasma panels have standard dimensions, and the LED screen is assembled from separate modules, which makes it possible to assemble a display with non-standard dimensions.
12. What is the difference between SMD and DIP diodes?

The differences between the two technologies are in the way the diodes are mounted, which affects the viewing angle. SMD modules have a wide viewing angle, so it is advisable to use them for screens that must be clearly viewed from different angles. But the brightness of the glow is slightly less than that of DIPs, which are ideal for road signs and signs.
13. Can I just buy a screen from you and mount it yourself?

14. Is there a risk of damaging the screen during transportation?

For transportation, modules / cabinets are placed in individual packages with foam pads, which are fixed with stretch film. Rental models are transported in special cases, which are also manufactured in our production.
15. How long does it take to install an LED screen?

Installation time depends on the characteristics of the object. The installation time increases if it is necessary to erect a metal structure. Also, work may take longer if installation is possible only during certain hours. For example, only at night, as is the case with many public places.
16. Do you make supporting structures for advertising screens?

Yes, our company has a design department, whose employees create designs of structures taking into account loads, type of screen maintenance and other parameters. Steel structures are made on the basis of these drawings.
17. How to store rental screens correctly?

For storage of cabinets of rolling screens, our company produces special cases. Blocks are installed in them (usually 6 pcs.). The material of the case provides the necessary tightness and ventilation, and thanks to the wheels, the cases are easy to move.
18. What kind of guarantee do you give for screens?

The warranty period depends on the type of equipment and the brand of LEDs. We give a guarantee for our products from 1 to 5 years.
19. Is it possible to mount the screen directly to the wall with no gap?

When installing directly on the wall, it is still necessary to install guides on the surface, so that a small gap still remains. However, you can install the screen by “recessed” it into the wall. To do this, before installation, a small depth niche is cut out in the wall, into which the guides are installed and the modules are mounted. With this method of installation, the screen forms a single plane with the wall.
20. What brands of LEDs do you use?

21. Will the screen deteriorate in the rain?

If it is an outdoor screen, then it will easily withstand any precipitation. The degree of protection of these models guarantees the efficient operation of the equipment even with direct water jets. Interior screens are less protected.

Yes! And one of the main features of LED screens. They are designed for continuous, intense work, unlike other types of screens and TVs that need interruptions.
23. Can I see what the screen will look like before placing an order?

Yes, our design department specialists create 3D renderings so that you can see how the screen will look on a specific object.
24. If the screen breaks, what should I do?

It is enough to contact our service department. In some cases, problems can be solved remotely. If the breakdown is more serious, we will send a repair team to you as part of the warranty service.
25. Can a screen be installed in a building window?

Such an installation is possible. You just need to clarify how many percent of the window area can be closed in accordance with the standards for outdoor advertising in your city.
