Lightweight, slim, front-service design
The unit is assembled on the basis of the P5 module with a brightness of 1600 cd/m2, which, taking into account the technical characteristics and cost, is an excellent solution for almost any interior screen.
Scope of application - from large concert and theater halls, where LED screens are used as a dynamic stage background, to small advertising pylons located in shopping centers.

In addition to LED modules, the unit's set includes two low-profile power supplies from the manufacturer MeanWell / G-Energy, as well as a control and broadcast system, which are selected in accordance with the customer's requirements.
It should be noted that for each order we can change the size of the outer blocks, in multiples of the size of the module, in order to create an LED screen of exactly the size that the customer needs.

Updated LED block design
The unit is designed for the assembly of indoor LED screens, therefore, it is designed according to the IP43 standard. Protection against the penetration of solid objects larger than 1 mm and protection against the ingress of drops falling from above at an angle to the vertical no more than 60°.
The body of the LED unit is made of an aluminum composite panel, which significantly reduced weight, while maintaining the rigidity and strength of the entire structure. The block also has internal stiffening ribs, due to which, it is able to withstand heavy weight loads on the upper side face. The unit has a complete magnetic circuit for fastening the modules, therefore, all maintenance occurs from the front side of the screen. The rear side has a monolithic surface.
Magnetic module mounting system
The magnetic system of the LED unit allows complete maintenance and replacement of absolutely all elements of the LED screen without dismantling from the front side. Modules, power system, control and broadcasting system, all these elements have full access.
The modules are mounted on neodymium magnets, which have a pull-off force of ~ 2.5 kg (module weight 25 grams) and 1% demagnetization in 10 years.
Due to the fact that this unit of the LED screen does not need to be dismantled, maintenance of this type of screen takes place on site and involves the use of additional lifting mechanisms such as a hydraulic lift, an electric lift, scaffolding, stairs.
Fast and high-quality installation without web distortion
The updated design of the block has greatly accelerated the installation process of the entire LED screen. The assembly of the LED screen can be carried out by two instructed installers in the shortest possible time.
For inter-unit connection of power supply and control systems, this unit has only four technological holes on the side faces. There are eight holes to tie and align the screen blocks on all sides of the block. The screed takes place from the inside of the block.
Installation of LED blocks on a metal structure is carried out on four fasteners located in the rear part of the LED block.
It is also worth noting that LED blocks are mounted on a simple and lightweight supporting metal structure. Maintenance of the screen is carried out from the front side, therefore, there is no need to manufacture bulky expensive structures that require rear maintenance.
Intelligent cooling system
Each unit of this type has its own cooling system. The unit is equipped with a thermostat and silent cooling fans.
A remarkable feature of this cooling system is that the temperature state of the entire screen is controlled and regulated by zones. Those. if a heat source is fixed next to a certain block, the cooling system of the LED screen regulates the temperature of this particular block, and not the entire screen. This allows, firstly, to reduce to a minimum noise, and secondly to reduce electrical consumption.
