GT Light has an automated production facility in Russia.
Manufacturing of LED screens takes place in the course of a streamlined, non-disruptive technological process, which has the following production stages:
- Design: the development of the module circuit and the printed circuit board is in progress. The necessary parts are purchased from trusted manufacturers.
- Manufacturing: all required elements are manufactured according to our own drawings.
- Assembly: all components are soldered on a printed circuit board produced according to our drawings, a protective coating of the required level is applied over the board.
- Inspection: A comprehensive quality control takes place, during which any defects are identified and eliminated.
- The production of other products manufactured at the plant operates according to the same principle, including: creeping lines, street video screens, media facades.
As a Russian manufacturer of LED displays, we also have our own large production workshop in Russia, which allows us to manufacture the most complex products in compliance with all requirements.
