Maintaining such a high status is helped by the constant introduction of technical innovations to increase the entertainment of the competition and the search for ways to diversify the interaction with visitors to the sports arena. One of the club's latest acquisitions is an LED media cube.
LED video cube in the Basket-Hall
The design consists of more than just 4 display faces. The corners of the cube are also designed as screens. Moreover, on the edges and corners, you can broadcast different content. An LED ring is installed in the lower part - a kind of huge creeping line. Electric winches allow you to raise and lower the cube above the arena.
The size of each face is 6x3.5 meters! Corner inserts are also 3.5 m high and 1.5 m wide. The circumference of the LED ring is 19 meters. Pixel pitch is only 4.81 mm.
This technical solution made it possible to achieve the ideal image quality. Both viewers in the front rows and fans from the "gallery" will be able to see the picture as clearly as possible. The first launch of the equipment was carried out on December 9 during the UNICS - "Burg" match, where the Kazan team won. The fans will be able to evaluate the spectacularity of the new acquisition already at the next club games.
